Hourly help

Choose a duration and put jobs in priority order. Work follows those priorities within booked time, so some tasks may remain. Package extras are not added as automatic hourly charges.

Hourly rate: $70 per hour. Commercial hourly help uses two cleaners at $70 each per hour. Scope and appointment availability are agreed before booking.

Travel must fit 25 minutes from Mulgrave at the visit time. Berwick and Cranbourne North are excluded.

Outside this proposed offer

End-of-lease guarantees, mould treatment, carpet steam cleaning, specialist windows, high-access work and restoration are excluded. No unlimited chores or off-site laundry.

Does a package extra also apply to hourly help?

No. Hourly work follows your priorities within booked time. Package extras are shown only for the package you choose.

What if a task is already included?

The builder marks it as included and prevents a duplicate charge.

When is the total guaranteed?

Once approved rates and eligibility rules are in place, the total must cover your agreed scope and selected extras before commitment. The current proposed catalogue cannot produce a bookable total.
